Science Facility, Pinewood School, Bourton

This scheme comprised the conversion of the former boys changing rooms into a new science teaching facility comprising two science laboratories, a preparation room, classroom, toilet facilities and an entrance lobby. DPDS Consulting Group produced a design that greatly improved the external appearance of the building and at the same time provided the school with a modern teaching facility. The existing roof was re-tiled and insulated, the floor replaced and the complete drainage system renewed to incorporate the laboratory benching and new toilet facilities.
