Case Study

South Cerney

The project comprised the construction of 10No office units on 2 floors and 12No small industrial units each with a mezzanine floor.

Offices are built in bradstone reconstructed stone blocks and are of masonry construction supporting floors in precast concrete. Roofs are of traditional trussed rafter construction with plastisol composite coated sheet coverings.

The industrial units are of steel frame construction with a mixture of bradstone at low level with plastisol coated sheet cladding above.
