Case Study

Phoenix Square, Pewsey

Works comprised the conversion and renovation of the former Phoenix Hotel into 6 flats, and the construction of 13 new houses built in a range of classical architectural styles.

All the properties surround and overlook the central green and the retained Yew tree. The houses are constructed using a variety of traditional materials and finishes including Ashlar stone, brick and render for the walls, natural slate and handmade tiles to the roofs and traditional box sash windows and cast iron gutters and down pipes.
