This development included the demolition and site clearance of existing garages, and the construction of 9
new 2 and 3 bed bungalows.
In addition to achieving Code for
Sustainable Homes Level 4, the properties use photovoltaic panels and solar
hot water heating panels to help lower running costs and reduce energy consumption.
All nine bungalows were also designed for increased accessibility, with
two of the properties being fully wheelchair accessible with adapted bathrooms.
