This regeneration project involved the demolition of existing
residential and retail units to construct 16 new apartments for rent
and 2 retail units.
The
work included demolition, design, construction and completion of the
mixed residential/retail development, including infrastructure
works, all services, associated works and connection to mains
drainage.
