The company objectives are to provide customers with a quality product, on programme, in accordance with the agreed specification and with the highest possible level of service. The company will also provide a safe working environment using best practice at all times and Managers will work towards achieving contract targets.

The company is totally committed to providing complete customer satisfaction in all areas of its business and this objective is supported by the customer relationships that have been developed and the amount of repeat business obtained. The company's Management System (QMS) is designed to ensure that all objectives and targets, which are reviewed annually, are achieved and that the effectiveness of the QMS is continually improved upon.

The Directors are committed to the company's QMS which conforms with all the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2008 International Standard. Regular internal reviews and targets along with independent external audits result in continual evaluation and improvement of the QMS.
