neighbouring Moonfleet House, with an existing planning permission for 2No 3 bedroom semi detached and 2No 5 bedroom detached homes, all with double garages. Architect Springfield Design Partnership were engaged to develop the existing designs and
fulfill the requirements of the local planning authority. By careful use of external materials the courtyard style development has been successfully completed and now blends well with surrounding properties in the attractive village.
