The site situated on the junction between the M25 and A20 was purchased with outline planning permission. The project comprised the demolition of a former two storey office building and construction of a
16000ft2 Industrial Unit with 1800ft2 of integral office. Designed by
architects Ttsp-fookes Partnership the design makes maximum use of the site whilst allowing ample parking and sufficient turning space for even the largest articulated vehicles.
