The company's management system requires a continual and regular assessment of all Health and Safety risks on every site, with the objective of providing a safe working environment for all employees, partners and members of the public.
All employees receive regular Health and Safety Training assessments as part of their CPD and any training requirements are included in the company training and development plan. The company employs the Building Safety Group to advise on all Health and Safety matters.
The Building Safety Group carry out regular site inspections of every site and provide a written report for the managers and the safety director. The Building Safety Group also provide regular training to all employees.
