The Pavilions, South Marston

Situated in South Marston Park, just outside Swindon, this in-house office development currently consists of the 30,000 sq ft Pavilion 2 building, which is separated into four suites. Facilities in each suite include air conditioning, desk level perimeter trunking, gas fired central heating and kitchenette. There is also generous car parking provision and a passenger lift for suites on the first floor.


As well as the Pavilion 2 building, there is also scope to build three additional office buildings of similar size in the future.

Coped Hall Business Park, Royal Wootton Bassett

The site is situated just off the Coped Hall roundabout on the High Street leading into Royal Wootton Bassett. This prime location for an office development was formerly the site of a Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Buffer depot.


BBA architects were retained to design an office scheme containing offices of various sizes, each with the ability to be sub-divided into ground/first floors if required. The resultant scheme provides high quality offices each with gas fired central heating, air conditioning, 3 compartment skirting trunking, aluminium windows and doors with double glazing, traditional brickwork walls and tiled roofs

Warwick Court, High Holborn, London

Originally a four storey dwelling built in 1889 this building was acquired by R J Leighfield in an extremely poor state of repair. The basement and ground floor had in recent times been used as a gentlemen's luncheon club. Architects John Living and Partners were engaged to transform the building into modern open plan office space. Using local contractors R J Leighfield have managed to bring a new lease of life to this building which lies in the heart of Holborn in central London.

Angel Court

R J Leighfield acquired the site, previously an orchard and garden to the neighbouring Moonfleet House, with an existing planning permission for 2No 3 bedroom semi detached and 2No 5 bedroom detached homes, all with double garages. Architect Springfield Design Partnership were engaged to develop the existing designs and fulfill the requirements of the local planning authority. By careful use of external materials the courtyard style development has been successfully completed and now blends well with surrounding properties in the attractive village.

Swanley, (Kent)

The site situated on the junction between the M25 and A20 was purchased with outline planning permission. The project comprised the demolition of a former two storey office building and construction of a 16000ft2 Industrial Unit with 1800ft2 of integral office. Designed by architects Ttsp-fookes Partnership the design makes maximum use of the site whilst allowing ample parking and sufficient turning space for even the largest articulated vehicles.

CO-OP Store, Pewsey


The site of a former Bus depot and garage. R J Leighfield appointed architects BBA to produce designs for a supermarket for the heart of Pewsey town centre. Working closely with the planners the final scheme is set into the natural contours of the site and includes a natural slate roof which fits in well with surrounding buildings. During the construction process the development was sold to the Co-op who then worked closely with the Design and Build team in order that their exacting requirements were fulfilled. The finished project which includes a small cafe has now become a focal point for the local people of Pewsey.
