This was a refurbishment contract compiled in 2 phases with the golf club. Phase 1 was the refurbishment of the main club house due to previous works resulted in a huge health and safety risk with a main beam coming down from the ceiling; phase 2 was the refurbishment of the professional shop, again which has suffered from works done before the project was given to RJ Leighfields.

The work included demolition, design, construction and completion of the mixed residential/retail development, including infrastructure works, all services, associated works and connection to mains drainage.
Daisy & Tom, Chelsea & Manchester
Both Daisy and Tom projects comprised extensive refurbishment and complex shopfitting works, all completed to stringent timescales and the highest quality with large teams of operatives working around the clock.
Two projects one in Chelsea, London and the other in Manchester were carried out on a negotiated basis for Tim Waterstone for whom the company had previously carried out shopfitting as Waterstones bookshops.
CO-OP Store, Pewsey
The site of a former Bus depot and garage. R J Leighfield appointed architects BBA to produce designs for a supermarket for the heart of Pewsey town centre. Working closely with the planners the final scheme is set into the natural contours of the site and includes a natural slate roof which fits in well with surrounding buildings. During the construction process the development was sold to the Co-op who then worked closely with the Design and Build team in order that their exacting requirements were fulfilled. The finished project which includes a small cafe has now become a focal point for the local people of Pewsey.
