Rowley Mews 
These works comprised of constructing 9 x 3 bed 2.5 storey townhouses on a brownfield site using a timber frame construction. Works also included PV system mounted to the tiled roof, all new services, landscaped gardens and communal areas and new road with permeable paving car park and SUDS storage to the front of the site. Design and build including discharge of planning conditions.
