We are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of both new build and refurbishment projects in the housing and commercial sectors. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, duties will include the day to day running of the project, managing direct and subcontract labour, making sure the works are completed safely, to a high standard, on programme and within budget. The successful Candidate will be a strong communicator with a flexible approach to working hours and must be prepared to travel to various site locations.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications as a minimum:-

• Full UK driving licence

• SMSTS certificate

• First Aid at Work certificate

The following would be desirable but not essential as training can be provided:-

• Scaffold Inspection & Appreciation certificate

• Telehandler certificate

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
